Vintage Hindu God Krishna Necklace, Rajasthan Jewelry, Rare Ethnic Indian Tribal Silver

This necklace features a rare ancient silver pendant from Rajasthan with a painting of Lord Krishna.
No one seems to know the origin or the artist of this painting (which I think adds an aura of mystery to this piece) but it appears to be deity Shrinathji, a manifestation of Krishna as a seven-year-old child as mentioned in Hindu scriptures.
I strung the pendant in a row of vintage Nepalese "Roman Face" beads alternating with artisan-made old Ethiopian silver bi-cones beads. These beads were made using traditional silversmithing techniques and each bead is unlike any other bead in the collection. Towards the back side of the necklace and right above the pendant, I strung handmade old Ethiopian silver heishi beads and closed the necklace in a sterling silver hook clasp.
The necklace has an extender chain and an Indian "ghunghroo" trinket at the end - both in sterling silver.

Isn't it amazing how every community of artists have their own interpretation and vision of Krishna - one of the most charming of Indian deities?

The necklace measures approx. 18 inches from end to end and the pendant adds an additional depth of 1.5 inches. The overall length can be adjusted upto another 2.5 inches approx. with the help of the extension chain.
